Privacy policy

VectorStudio processes only the account, product, and creative data needed to provide the service.

Data we process

We process account details, workspace and billing state, app-kit content, uploaded media, prompts, generated assets, job and error metadata, and the performance results you choose to record. Payment card details are collected by Stripe and are not stored by VectorStudio.

How we use it

We use this data to authenticate users, provide generation and rendering workflows, meter credits, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, support customers, and improve product usability. We do not sell customer data or use private customer media to train a shared model.

AI and infrastructure providers

Inputs required for a selected generation may be sent to configured AI providers such as OpenAI, Google, and fal.ai. Account, storage, hosting, analytics, error monitoring, and billing may be provided by Supabase, the production host, PostHog, Sentry, and Stripe. Only the data needed for the requested function is sent.

Retention and security

Local workspace content remains on its configured host. Cloud workspace content is scoped to your organization and media is stored privately. Workspace deletion ends access immediately and schedules permanent content cleanup after a 30-minute safety window for requests already in progress. Account and billing records may be retained when legally required.

Your choices

Export workspace records from Account & settings and download videos and image archives from Content. Workspace owners can permanently delete a cloud workspace and cancel its subscription. Deletion does not remove posts already published on other platforms or records retained for fraud prevention, tax, disputes, or other legal obligations. You may also cancel a subscription in the Stripe billing portal.
